“Painting a wall must be the most exhausting work and at the same time one of the best therapies, the daring when you look at the wall for the first time, the difficulties that are happening, to be painting a mural is to be 100% painting, it can’t be half done. Then the result, the community, the people that allow you to do it, the team behind it, the OPPORTUNITY. Every opportunity makes me feel very fortunate and grateful, it allows me to learn from other artists, from other places. I brought my art, but I come back with new experiences and new friends.”

Evaristo Angurria, in your mural, you’ve turned a blank wall into a dynamic narrative. The fluidity of your vivid colors and the realism in the subject’s expression speak volumes of your immersion in the craft. There’s a palpable energy in the splash of hues, as if they’re leaping off the wall. It’s not just a visual treat; it’s a story of engagement, of giving oneself wholly to the moment of creation. The joy in the subject’s eyes mirrors the satisfaction of bringing art to life, reflecting the deep connection between the artist, the artwork, and the audience. Your work is a testament to the transformational power of art in public spaces, inviting every passerby into the story you’ve masterfully composed.
