Since last May’s election there has been no functioning government in the North of Ireland, this is due to the DUP refusing to restore power sharing, unless the Irish sea border is removed.
I can only imagine how hopeless it must feel to turn 18 without a functioning government.
With education and youth sectors facing large cuts it’s important that the young people in the north of Ireland are represented at the top level.”
