“As some of you might already know I like to paint people in the places you least expect them. Here in NY I painted the portrait of Kharlox Piñeda. A colombian by birth, Dutch by nationality and living on Bonaire, a small island in the Caribbean. Last year i painted his daughter Isabel there and he was kind enough to let me take his photo in the meantime.”
