“This mural is quite special as it took about 5 yrs of chatting to get to this point and it was certainly worth waiting for.
From Wayne who worked 20m away to the lovely postman who brought me brownies, little Otto, Elijah, Emily and the amazing Ben and every stranger who stopped to chat or who hooted and yelled words of encouragement up at me through a solid week of rain and wind, thank you for this amazing experience.
Genus Parnassia, also known as grass of Parnassus is the official flower of Cumbria, and it was with this flower that the mural idea stemmed.”
