“We have tried to avoid reflecting local folklore to make the mural more inclusive for the neighbors. It depicts an anecdotal image, representing the innocence of a child playing on the beach, who represents the present and the future. Instead of using the typical sandcastle mold, the child is building a sand house near the sea. Playing on the beach represents the future, a generation that lives with and loves nature, that respects animals and the planet. He is an independent child who looks to the future positively, with a smiley flag. It is a positive look at the future, seeking to show good vibrations.”
