“My recent painting for Downtown Modesto Mural Festival That’s me in the middle of the first photo for scale. This is in dedication to one of my best friends Fasm and the curator of DOMO Walls. He paints colorful tigers so I wanted to paint what he paints but in a whimsical way, so I chose a cat. The cat representing you and the local birds representing all is artists that have learned from you. FASM has been bringing art to Modesto California before it was “cool” to be a “street artist”. He believed in it from the get. Mostly because he believes in every individual creating it. I know first hand because I’m a product of his belief. Thank you Fasm for always believing in me. For this particular painting you believed that I should “go nuts”. So I did. People were nervous, but I did it, and the response has been great. You believed in my skill set, you believed they’d love it…and they did.”
