“Sharing with you the final pics of “The Three Graces”, our new mural painted with artist Lula Goce celebrating team work, inspired by “Partnership for the Goals”, the United Nations sustainable development goals 17. This is about working together and creating inclusive communities through dialogue. The piece is part of the first series of the #DetroitBeTheChangeMurals we just painted in Downtown Detroit as a prelude to the NFL draft of 2024.
This mural features three women from diverse backgrounds determined to work together for the betterment of their community. Surrounded by a thriving nature, they remind us that unity is strength and that to build a better world, we need to be supportive, empathetic, inventive, passionate, and, above all, cooperative.
According to the UN, achieving the ambitious targets of the UN 2030 Agenda requires a revitalized and enhanced global partnership that brings together Governments, civil society, the private sector, the United Nations system and other actors, mobilizing all available resources. Partnerships are the glue for SDG implementation and are essential to making the Agenda a reality.”

Transforming Downtown Detroit into an open-air museum!
As a prelude to the NFL Draft in Detroit in April 2024, Street Art for Mankind is creating a massive “Be The Change” art walk made of large inspiring murals, in partnership with the City of Detroit, that will welcome visitors to the streets of Downtown Detroit.
The murals, inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s), celebrate humanity’s shared values and Detroiters’ resilience. It is a reminder that everyone, and anyone, can be the change”. Quoting Mahatma Gandhi: “Be the Change you wish to see in the world”!…”
