“I painted this ginormous mural “Las Nocturnalias,” covering 〜500m2, in two parts three months apart. Initially, in April, the idea was to do a single wall on the left, which was already pretty big (24mx10m). However, as I was progressing the producer of the festival made me an offer I couldn’t resist: to extend the design to an even taller (〜16mx13m) wall to the right. My self-imposed challenge was to blend the two walls together to create a harmonious composition, while also keeping them separate pieces. I think it worked out well!”
