“Drumroll, please! The Crystal Ship 2024 wraps up after two weeks of painting, resulting in vivid new street artworks across the city of Ostend!
From impressive murals to subtle interventions, this year’s festival boasts an impressive lineup of international artists. Each piece tells a story inspired by James Ensor and invites you to explore the carnival that life can be.
The Crystal Ship Oostende is curated by All About Things and was this year co-curated by Carlo McCormick (US), renowned cultural critic, curator, authority on contemporary art and a lifelong enthusiast of James Ensor.”
